- We’ll make a website for your restaurant where your customers can order food over the Internet. We’ll put up your whole menu, food pictures, and descriptions of your items on to an attractive ordering website.
- If you have a website already, we can give you a link to put on it. Don’t have a website? We can include a simple template for you, no extra equipment required.
- When your customers order their meals on your online ordering site, we’ll send them to you by fax, email, our custom receipt printer solution, or straight to your POS system.

What order delivery method is best for me?
Cute Order offers a variety of order delivery methods for your store, including fax, email, POS integration, and our cloud printer solution. Every store is different, but we find that most of our customers use fax and email to receive their orders, as these solutions are the simplest. POS integration can be complicated or costly depending on how your store is set up. Contact our online ordering experts today to discuss how online ordering can work for you.

How long does it take to get my store online?
With fax or email order delivery, your restaurant could be online as quick as a week. With POS integration, your store can be up and running within two weeks. You have a chance to review all materials before your site is opened to the public. All you have to do is send us your menu and we can get started.
Can I enter my own menu?
Yes. Cute Order offers a tool which allows restaurants to enter menus on their own computers. Simple prices changes can also be made through your Administrator Portal.
Can you process credit cards?
Yes. Cute Order is PCI certified and we use high-grade encryption on all sensitive data, which means we can securely process transactions for your restaurant online. We offer a variety of ways for credit cards to be processed through your online ordering site. In most cases, we can even use your existing merchant account.
Can I create delivery zones?
Yes. Cute Order’s online ordering platform allows you to create any number of delivery zones restrictions for your restaurant. Different delivery zones may have different pricing.
Can you do tips and coupons?
Yes. Our system can handle a variety of different coupons and tips. Time and date dependent coupons, percentage off coupons, coupons that you can only add after a certain sub-total—our system can do it all. We can also force a customer to enter a tip amount before completing their order, if necessary.
